Here's the response I got from the SCE guys regarding the lucky dog...
"this is an rFactor issue. We are being told that it will be fixed in the next version of rFactor. I have heard that some admin's are keeping track of who is actually the lucky dog and they will add a lap to that car and give them a End Of Longest Line to go with it. That's another problem with rfactor's Lucky Dog rule. It doesn't put the Lucky Dog in the rear for the restart, so the admin needs to assign an "EOLL" penalty to that car after he goes around the field."

Ok Karl thanks for the info guess we will have to do it manually then and make sure the right guy gets it.I will try to have my buttons setup for next race to handle this properly.

Hey Jody, since everything has to be done manually anyway you might want to consider just turning the lucky dog completely off in the game. That way it doesn't cause further confusion by telling the wrong person to go around.
In the 6th section of the PLR file under RACE CONDITIONS you will see the line..
Lucky Dog Override="-1" // Where lucky dog is applied (-1=use RFM default, 0=nowhere, 1=ovals, 2=road courses, 3=everywhere)
If you change that -1 to a 0 that should do the trick... just an idea :)
