Seriously what is this guy hoping to do, get back in or just clear his name? Even if he were ever to get cleared by Nascar no one would ever want to hire him. He needs to just walk away IMO.

i agree with you on this he need to just walk away from it and let it be but in the other hand i can understand 100% if he did nothing wrong to get his name cleared but after that he need to walk and let it be.
