I guess I'll be the guy that'll break the ice and actually reply to the question.

My main reason for not Racing is:

1)
As,
A complete newby to the Online Sims Racing arena, I have little to no understanding as to what any of the Series actual Abbreviations might actually stand for.

2)
I Also,
Have no idea if I even have the correct MOD installed to compete with.

3)
I,
Dont have any idea as to what series or event I may or may not be open to compete within.

4)
I,
Have no idea where to get some seat time so I might even afford some quality practice time with others online.

5)
I Guess,
for mysealf atleast, the majority of the info. posted here is meaningless, espicially since I am a complete new comer to the Online Racing Sims. I'm willing to learn and while Ive got some experience with online Gaming, none of it is in the arena of Sims Racing.
But Please,
dont take my reply as an a person trying to come across as some sort of Know it all Smarty Butt Kid. Im actually in my early 40s and one of the reasons I have sorta strayed from the Shooters Games Online is due to the mass amount of young immature Foul Mouthed Kids, whos parents use the PC as a Baby Sitter and not an actual Tool and semi-point of entertainment.
While,
Ive briefly read over the rules and the fact that this sort of behavior is kept at a minamum or not tolerated, well, thats why I'd chosen to sorta open a line of communication here and not elsewhere.

So Please,
Take my input lightly, for it is meant as a view from one whom really knows little and is here to learn more about the Sims and have Fun with others of similar liking while I do it.. Any input is appreciated and if with anything I can help let me know.

The main reasons I haven't made it to a race is 1)Because I completely suck at short tracks, and don't have the patience to learn. I try, but it's hard agaist the AI or on an empty server. 2)I get up at 1:30am to work Tuesday thru Saturday. So I'm in bed by 8pm. That's why I liked the Sunday night Fixed setup league. 3)Now that Spring and Summers here I'm on the golf course every Sunday it's not raining. That means 6-8 beers and I can't race sober let alone after that many golden sodas. 4)I drive in the swingman view and I can't seem to get my mirrors to turn on. I know Jody and Karl have said they would help me in the teamspeak server before the race, but I hate to bother anyone when they have enough to do. I've edited the Player File to allow mirros in swingman view, but they still won't turn on.

I still hope to race here, but I don't know when I'll be able to.

I was hoping ya'll didnt think my reply to be some sort of Gripe Fest and it seems I might have come across as I wished. I'l try and get the whole Vent thingy to work, but in the past my PC hasnt exactly liked that for Voice comms. but hey I'l try anything to get some learnin.
